1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Serene Bathworks website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Serene Bathworks' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.
3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All bath products are for external use only. Please read all product labels and instructions before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or error in your order.
Payment is processed securely through PayFast. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our bath products (personal care items), we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Serene Bathworks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
